You book the service in the seller portal; truckoo takes care of everything else once the vehicle has been handed over.
When listing the vehicle, or later in the seller portal, you select deregistration – with or without removal of the toll OBU.

No waiting at the registration office, no journey. truckoo takes care of the forms, number plates and the deregistration certificate.
The toll OBU is not part of the vehicle. We remove it and confirm the removal to you in writing – so your toll contract ends cleanly with the sale.

On deregistration, the registration office informs the insurer and customs. Premiums and vehicle tax stop running – from the day of deregistration.
Deregistration is an optional add-on service to a sale through truckoo – not a requirement. Anyone who prefers to deregister the vehicle themselves can still do so. The sale remains free of charge for sellers.
