You see all bids and release or reject them. truckoo handles the contract, the payment, the deregistration and the handover.
Existing buyers, framework agreements, manufacturer buy-back obligations or your own auction platforms stay connected. You decide per vehicle whether it first runs through your channels and then comes to truckoo – or the other way round: the blind auction first, then to your partners at a buy-now price.
The company carrying out the repossession has no interest in the proceeds. A trade buyer has an interest in a low price. truckoo earns on the transaction, not on the margin – the best proceeds are also our best result.
Contracts that end as planned run through your existing processes. We take on the 5 % that cause the work.
You do not have to switch. Many clients use truckoo for regions where their current provider faces long journeys, or for the remarketing after the repossession. Both can be instructed separately.
The partner on site, insured through its commercial general liability cover (Betriebshaftpflicht) and its liability as custodian of the vehicle (Verwahrerhaftung). truckoo checks the proof of insurance before a partner is admitted to the network.
The nearest partner is within a 100 km radius. Where the location is known and the power of attorney is in place, usually within 48 hours; longer if the location first has to be traced.
A flat fee per repossession by vehicle class plus a daily rate for the storage. Remarketing through truckoo is free of charge for you as the seller; the buyer pays the fee.
Yes. You can instruct the repossession alone and have the vehicle transferred to your own site or to your buyer.
